I bought two item from this company on ebay. I received the first item and then decided to get another item from them. About 2 weeks after I bought the first one it lost a stone from it. 2-3 days after that my Tazanite ring lost it's stone. I had to take it off because the other prong is coming loose and I am about ready to loose the other stone in it.
I emailed the company and also called the company. They have since been suspended on ebay and so getting a hold of them was hard to do. I emailed them 4 times and called numerous times. I was never responded to until today 9/16/04. They apologized and said sorry refunds and exchanges have to take place within 7 days!
Well how is it supposed to when they do not return calls or emails. I am furious! This company is rediculous. I would like my money back from both items and shipping on both items. I do not know how I will ever get it.
