DO NOT EAT AT ANY LANDRYS if you felt you have ever been discriminated by a Landry's Restaurant let me know. I went to a Landry's Rain Forrest Cafe with 5 Foster Children to celebrate a Birthday for one of my 5 children. we went to Rain Forrest Cafe who the so called Voce President by the name of Earl, because he was too afraid to issue his last name.

After visiting the Restaurant  for his Birthday the service was Horrible, that food was undercooked and several of the children got diarreah and vomited shortly after leaving that restaurant. The Manager never came to the table and the waitress said the full money for the meal would be refunded and never was. I bought a Lava Volcano Dessert to sing Happy Birthday to my child and the cake came back with no sparklers and the waitress then said she fould a sprakler but no one had a lighter to light it.

The refund was supposed to be issued for $220 worth of Horrible food and it never happened. After not seeing the refund I contacted the store and spoke to EARL which stated he was the Vice President in the area and that he was there for a reason because there was no longer a Manager and they had a lot of complaints from that Restaurant. He informed me that he would look into it and make sure the refund would take place. Eventhough I felt that Mr. Earls attitude towards me and my Foster Children changed after I gave him my very Hispanic name I still took him for his word.

2 weeks later I called back and spoke to Chase Ashcraft, whos attitude was worse once I gave him my name. If you look up previous employees at any Landry's Restaurant you will see how they hate Management and if Earl's attitude towards my family is an indication I can see why employees treat people like they do.

I spoke to Mr. Earl again and at this time his attitude was so rude and so unproffessional that I stated I would try to seek legal assistance because of how forward he was with the fact that I was Hispanic. His answer was " All you people are the same trying to get something for nothing" all you people/  really!

This is a VP this in my eyes is a Bigot and I would no go to any of their restaurants ever. I called corporate and they hung up on me after I told them I was recording the call. I am goimg to write as many reviews of my experience and feelings as I can and I hope ypu all do the same, and if you ever felt that you were also discriminated by a Landry's Restaurant please respond to this or send me an email at dallasluis45@hotmail.com

You've been quite busy posting this all over the internet.  I find it interesting you named not only Landry's in your complaint but other restaurants as well. What's your endgame?
