I cannot begin to tell you the nightmare that this company did to my clients.

They refused to take any responsibilities on not getting necessary documents to close the loan. It took two weeks for the company to open escrow which delayed our loan process. Once we were opened they waited till docs were ordered to order HOA information to close the deal. We sent them at least 4 emails a day and never got a response from any one in the company. The lender had to order all the insurance policies because they kept getting it wrong. It took nearly 2 months to close the loan because no one was competent at the company. My client had to pay fees daily up until closing and they never reduced their fees.

I would never send business to them!!
