Lanphier Associates/Federal Bank Cashnet Sheldon Jordan alleged attorney Phoney Attorney's Campbell, California

I have been receiving voicemails from an individual who speaks extremely poor english, claiming to be Sheldon James attorney with Lanphier & Associates.  He left a voicemail threatening me that "the Sheriff's office was going to drag myself and my friends to jail to meet with a judge because I was committing a fraud by not paying a payday loan debt"  All of this is going to happen on Friday November 6, 2009.  He "wished me the best of luck" and left a telephone number of 310-735-0192.  I called this telephone number back to have the line answered "law office".  This woman who answered the telephone when I asked her for the address stumbled, said she had to place me on hold.  She did give me an address, that I googled while on the phone with her,  Phoney Address.. This is to a residence, not listed to Lanphier and Associates.  I then asked her what this debt was, who it was for, etc.. She could not tell me the name of the company, only that I needed to pay 995.00 right now, or this was going to the sheriff's department tomorrow.  When I asked for a Cause No, none could be provided.  When I asked for documentation with a breakdown and invoice for such debt, none could be provided.  I asked this receptionist for the State Bar Association number and State of Practice for Sheldon James, Attorney.. You guessed it, none could be provided.  I phoned the county clerk in my area, and nothing appears in my name.  I intend to fax a "cease and disist" to these jokers.  I have also acquired an attorney to go after them.
