I met Oliver in 2010 while setting up a business in Hong Kong.  By June 2011 he owed 2 companies 38,900 RMB for mutual trade shows completed together.

Our businesses were small so we together went to trade shows and split the bills.  I originally paid the bills and he should have paid me back.  The first payment was fine, in cash of $8000 HKD.  After that we didn't receive any cash or help and paid for everything until we severed ties.

He even didn't pay an interpreter for his products 900 RMB which we did.

He has a nice product, he presents well and nice personality but I know the real story about him. He hasn't made an attempt to pay back and I even saw him at HOFEX in 2013 this year and he didn't even invite me to join his stand until I saw him! 

Sure, buy his product if you believe it but don't have any more dealings with him.

He recently contacted me to find new product lines in Australia.  I refused unless he pays an mere $15,000 HKD.  He avoided it again and wanted to do the work for free.

He has disgrunted employees in Hong Kong and other clients.  His product is supposed to be from Switzerland but a comment from an online forum suggests it's from Korea.

We finally found him in Shanghai at a trade show in June 2011 and cornered him and had him sign an agreement to repay.  I was not there but through our China company. Of course nothing happened and he returned to HK to continue and forget about repaying.

I suggest to avoid him.  He speaks and presents well.
