Lap Link PC Mover SafeErase File and program transfer for Windows 10 Internet

Fasing a failure i my desk top computer system I purchased a new computer with out programing and had my computer tech purchase and load windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

I then purchased the product Lap-Link PC mover which is presented as program to transfer all files and programs from one windows computer to another widows 10 computer.

Following the instructions EXACTLY the program did not transfer all the files or programs to the new computer.  The company has said that you have 24/7 tech support to assist in the transfer.  The program did not complete the transfer as amatterof fact it transfered almost nothing.  After two days trying to contact 24/7 support (the line is alwayus busy) and the chat instructs you to leave a phone number and E-Mail address and they will contact you.  This is not true theynever contact you.  So after two days of trying to contact I finally got through to a tech support person.  Who then walked me through a complete reinstall of PC Mover and than an on line direct hook up to the tech  to allow him to access the computers (both old and new) to complete the transfer.  First problem the tech was in India so was very hard to understand, but following his instructions I wiped both computers of PC mover and disabled all security and firewalls, the tech then tried? to acomplish the transfer and after 10 minutes told me to acomplish the task I must now sign up for advanced tech supportfor an additional charge.  When I was resistant to incuring a aditional charge for the promised tech support he told me there was nothing further he could do and I had the choice of paying more to his company or take the computers toa local M/S repair shop and have them do the file transfer.

I then requested a refund of all monies paid for the program that did not work and I was told that because I had opened the disc package that there would be no refund. The website did promise that if the system did not work I could return for a full refund, however that is not thee case, if you open the program disk and it does not work you can not get a refund.  All they woud offer was advanced tech support for an additional charge.

This is a case of Buyer Beware as the company does not intend to refund any monies but only sell you more support.  In my mind this is a complete Rip Off.

I uase Paypal to pay for this and there is no refund from the company, in review I do wish I had used my credit card so I could obtain a refund through the credit card company.
