LaPrimitiva Intl, Loteria FRAUD COMMITTED ON FAKE LOTTERY WIN USING U.S.P.S. Madrid Spain Nationwide

Great news! I am the winner of Spain's "La Primitiva, Intl, Lotreria. Well, it was exciting for a moment to think that I had just won their end of year sweepstakes for a staggering amount of Thirteen Million, Eight hundred and Fifteen Thousand-nine hundred dollars.

The letter arrived in the mail with no return address and was postmarked Madrid, Spain.
I was to contact the foreign operations Manager of QUINCY SEGUROS S.A. a man named
Mr. William Johnson for processing and release.

Mr. Johnson was to keep 5% of the winnings as commission. I was told I would need to come to Spain during the processing to sign all legal papers and that his commission would
not be paid until I was.

I went on an Int'l Lottery web site and picked this lottery company that obviously were trying to scam me.

Beware! The saying is true, 'if it looks to good to be - it is.
