In march I found a website that sells specialty seeds through the mail, SANDMOUNTAINHERBS.COM owned by LARRY CHANDLER. Faithfully I placed my order and sent in payment. One month went by then two months ...I contacted LARRY CHANDLER, by E-mail and was promptly replied. "You haven't got that yet? I'm sure I sent it out last week. Let me know if it doesn't get there and I'll reship the order."

A week went by and I sent another Email request for my shipment. LARRY CHANDLER'S reply was that it would be here any day, but he is still willing to reship. Three days later I Emailed my request that he reship the order. The rest of the week went by before I got my email reply. This time Larry was "out of town" so his son CHRIS CHANDLER at NORTHALABAMA.NET sent me the message that he was sure his dad would fix the problem, he would let him know.

A week went by...then two....Again I Emailed LARRY CHANDLER about the problem.no reply? But he was going to 'FIX THE PROBLEM' I thought. I wrote another Email, detailing my order, scanning my reciept and attaching it to the message NO REPLY!!!! Hunh? I thought my problem would be solved on it's own.

Finally I wrote an Email to complain to the website host NORTHALABAMA.NET and included both my daytime phone numbers. Who should reply but CHRIS CHANDLER! He provided me with a daytime phone number for me to call long distance to fix their mistake .insulting? You bet.

I called the number and guess what? Yep, FAX LINE. My next email spelled out my plan of attack formal complaint to Alabama's BBB. Formal complaint to Fyffe City Hall. File suit in Tarrant County Texas where I reside.

I guess NORTHALABAMA.NET has crashed or mabye everyone has gone 'out of town' this time, because it's been three days and YOU GUESSED IT
no reply.

It has now been nearly FOUR MONTHS and I see the writing on the wall..Late summer, end of growing season. Even if I had the seeds now I would have to start my plants in pots and winter them indoors. I have wasted between two and three hours of my valuable time writing email messages that are ignored. I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF !!!!!!!!

DON' BE NEXT...SANDMOUNTAINHERBS.COM or NORTHALABAMA.NET or LARRY CHANDLER or CRIS CHANDLER or whatever... is a STEALING, LYING, CHEATING bunch at worst....At best you would have to say they are INCOMPETENT BUSINESSMEN ......!!!!!!!!
