We hired Larry to shoot my daughters Bat Mitzvah over two years ago. He delivered proofs and a digital layout of the album, but said he cannot deliver the album at this point for no apparent reason. I asked him to please provide a DVD of the high resolution images so I can have the album made myself, but he is unwilling to do that. He said he has been evicted from his house and cannot afford to buy DVDs. Of course I offered to buy him DVD's and would pay him for his time, but he is still unwilling to take care of this.
He has been sued by my friends, court date is coming up this week. I filed a small claims suit myself and I expect the date to be set sometime in April 2012. He has numerous complaints against him.
Larry started out good, seemed like a nice guy, took some good photos. But something has happened since that time. He must be having issues.
My advise, stay very far away. He has an F rating in the better business bureau. He will take your money, but he won't deliver. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

I heard he is still in Long Beach, but I do not have his updated address. You would need to sue him in Nassau County small claims in Hempstead. Once I win my case on 5/4,. I will track down his current address so the Sheriff will know what door to padlock.
Please list specifics like when was your event and what have you experienced since then.

we are also in a similar situation as yours and would like to sue him in Long Beach court. However, we heard he moved and need a mailing address. Do you have one?
