Larry last year signed and rejected offer of our other home for sale "rejected by larry degroat" and now the real estate commission of arkansas says to present him with a bill for our loss. he has been mailed certified bill and signed for and now we are waiting for his response. also we are waiting for another agency whom is currently investigating him for improper business practice violations. he cost us nearly $35000.00 loss but he is a deacon at local baptist church, so he is forgiven. he also has run people off from his church after the katrina hurricane for helping other people besides his church.

Doesn't he sound like he is not only a good deacon, but also a fair state housing board member. larry is also a good realtor whom knowlingly sells houses built by nonlicensed and previously fined contractors whom also work with no business insurance. some local realtors have now come to us and reported how they hate to have to show one of his listed houses due to his attitude. he is the best snake oil salesman i have ever met.
