# 1 DECEITFUL LIE...We WERE NOT GIVEN Any options I asked for another Kia Soul and Was TOLD BY Jay McAdow that this was the only choice I could make. they picked the car,

# 2 DECEITFUL LIE...Once again WE DID NOT PICK THE CAR We had picked KIA SOUL....Jay McAdow did the picking and LIED that this was the only choice I could make! they didn't pay $20,000. For the car.

# 3 DECEITFUL LIE..The price of the car was exactly $22,587.17 irregardless of what the Quoted $17990.00. the added charges involved is scare tactic in office.....depreciation that one false move and the manufacturers warranty will only cover half of the cost of total loss. Therefore resulting in the added charges through deceit! They paid a lot less the list price.

#4 This is a CROCK of BULL as the Manufacturers window sticker price that was TORN off of the vehicle before we test drove or bought the vehicle as it was crammed in the glove box printed side in so we had to OPEN It up to determine what it was.......UPON opening the MFG list price it list for EXACTLY $17,944.00 THE DECEITFUL LIE ABOVE MENTIONING LOT LESS IS EXACTLY $46.00 MORE THAN the listed WINDOW STICKER Price. This customer doesn't understand that total of payments is different then the actual price paid. When they came in to cancel the warrantee (not gap) ... We did so.

# 5 LIE is that when I returned to the dealership it was to RETURN this VEHICLE as we were lied,cheated and completely taken advantage of through deceitful practices and shenanigans. FURTHER, as I went in to Christens office she stated in these words that I could either have a invisible bra installed...as I had begged for since I even considered buying a vehicle or canceling the GAP Coverage. I chose the cancel of GAP Coverage VISIT # 1 to this dealership. I have Invited them to meet me and review their file for a third time,

# 6 FACT of DECIETFUL LIES I have never been offered to meet with anyone to review any file for the FIRST TIME, Second or Third and he LIES on this report. in hopes they might understand it. I have extended myself personally, as we don't have bad business practices.

#7 They have NEVER EXTENDED themselves to me personally or by phone..When I once again mentioned that I wanted a bra included and installed....Jay MCADOW told me he would have Jess give me a call..JESS NEVER Did call me regarding this bra. I hope they can reach out as i have because making false statements when you don't understand isn't right, good, or fair.

#8 REACHING out as he mentioned was TODAY January 13, 2013 as I arrived I entered the managers quarters and Jay Mcadow, Matt and another manager immediately began by speaking down to me as I SIGNED the documents and there was nothing more I could do about it. I then mentioned in front of these 3 salesman and mentioned I found another GAP or Maintenance charge that I was billed for which was for $428.00 maintenance.....on top of the $2,000.00 GAP or maintenance charges needed canceling. He then grabbed the paper from me and proceeded to cancel them. I also verified that since his staff assistant wrote the WRONG Date on the GAP cancellation for $2,000,00 of it needed to be done over he mentioned it wouldn't but took a copy of it anyway. I mentioned again that I needed a bra and HE very sarcastically told me that to call Jess and I WOULD PAY FULL PRICE. We also gave them the one year of Maintenance. I back $75 for the contract out of the price of every transaction. We back it out for everyone, which means that we pay for it. Just like we did for them. I hope we can talk. . "

# 9 and FINAL DECIETFULNESS FLAT OUT LIE. In that MR MATT Urland, JAY Mcadow continue to LIE and mention that this $75 for ONE YEAR of maintenance which is EXACTLY 3 Visits for oil changes of WHICH are INCLUDED AS A $75.00 CHARGE that he lies about backing out of the cost. DEAR SIR OR MADAM, THIS LIE IS VERIFIABLE IN THAT THE LIST WINDOW STICKER PRICE OF THIS 2013 KIA SOUL OF WHICH I CAN PROVIDE A COPY OF THIS WINDOW STICKER WHICH STATES $17,944.00 OF WHICH WE WERE CHARGED $17,990 + $75.00 BRINGING THE TOTAL TO $18,065.00 FOR THIS VEHICLE.
