I work in a dealership far from this one.
Our published employee manual says in part: Customers may from time to time raise their voices and swear. As long as this is not done in a threatening or demeaning maner towards the employee, employees are expected to allow this to pass with out comment.
If the customer swears at the Employee or makes threatening statements about getting the employee fired, or harming the employee, the employee is to cut off contact, refuse further contact and place his name on the internal Customer Black list. I think this is what happened to the OP
If the customer appears likely to be violent, call our security Guard or if needed the Police before the customer injures you.
So allways remain quiet and polite no matter how angry you are, a new car you can't get serviced is just junk.

That dealership chain is WELL KNOWN in the business as another "slimeball heaven". Nothing they do should surprise anyone...everything from bogus, add-on, phoney fees to any of the other standard con-games of the Sleazy American Car Business! Keep spreading the word!
