Warning! This is a predatory dealership. They are all smiles, but to borrow a phrase, a smiling cheater is still a cheater. My wife and were disrespected and manipulated by the finance manager, and when we complained we were shunned. The finance guy misrepresented the service package. The package includes pre-paid oil services (NOT the filter, just the oil), interior and exterior protection products, and a wheel/tire insurance policy. The interior/exterior protection were the only things we were interested in, but the only way to get them was to buy the whole package. We found out later (from their Service Dept) that the interior/exterior protection products are applied to ALL their new cars before being put on the lot. When we complained that this fact wasn't disclosed when we closed the deal, the finance guy said we had "activated the warranty" for those products. This is clearly deceptive and dishonest manipulation. If the whole truth had been provided, we would not have bought the "warranty" for nearly $500. A complaint was filed with the Idaho Attorney General for this example of deceptive business practices. The dealership ignored it until the last minute, then told the AG the issue was resolved even though it wasn't. The AG summarily closed the case, even though the dealership hadn't actually done anything, and to date hasn't. This dealership has a sales system that is definitely not customer friendly. They will rip you off at every opportunity. If you have to buy a Subaru from these people, be cautious about anything they tell you, and make sure you keep your wits about you. Ask questions and get specific answers in writing. Better yet, avoid all this BS completely. Subarus can be purchased elsewhere in the Treasure Valley.
