Larry J. Smith has been doing real estate for a while now.  At least he claims do be.  He offered to to find properties to invest in that needed no down payment.  I was looking for an investment and he was looking for quick cash, from me.  After paying him $1,995.00 to help me find these properties he claimed that they were all being grabbed up quickly.  This went on for a few weeks.  He even showed me a few properties but it turned out it didn't work out like how he explained it.

After the next few weeks he stopped returning my phone calls. I called him every other day and only got his voice mail.  He called me a week later saying his mother was sick and he had left town to visit her.  He then said he would have some reports for me in the morning.  Guess what? The next morning no phone call from Larry. 

Now he is working for a new company and probably up to his own tricks. I don't want anyone else to be ripped off by him ever again.  He is not a good person.  I hope people Google his name and see this so they can stay clear of that man.
