Companies, please beware of this man and his company->Online Web Solutions.  Not sure how so many companies have fallen prey to this unstable man. He states he knows how to do SEO optimization, yet he doesn't, nor does he know how to work with social media, nor how to write e-mails. Most of the times when contacted via phone, he sounds intoxicated and his speech is slurred. I had him do a website for me and it looked horrible. I'm pretty sure I could have done a better website and I'm not a web designer. When I contacted him to make some revisions on the site, it took him months and several e-mails and phone calls for him to fix it. Everyime I tried calling him about the website, he would ask  or make inappropriate, personal questions or comments that were extremely offensive. It is clear he is mentally unstable and it effects his abilitiy to work. When writing e-mails to him, he refuses to reply back and only states "to call him. " What kind of business is this?! He clearly doesn't understand what the client wants and has absolutely no customer service skills. He makes empty promises about updating your website and if you ever decide you don't want to continue doing business with him and want your website back, he refuses to give you the rights back to the website you paid for and retaliates in revenge by taking your website offline without notifying you. Never make the mistake of allowing him to host your website because he will keep your website forever and overcharge you for doing absolutely nothing.
