 I see here Larry McCann is still up to his old tricks! Five years ago McCann sold me a website based business of assisting consumers sell their private recional vehicles. He told me at the time he was selling sites like this on other states and had no problems doing business this way. He charged me his personsl friend price of $5000 dollars for the site(which I had to build myself). Shortly after buying in and attempting to aquire customers I learned it was not legal to profit by selling someone elses' vehicle with out a dealers license! Larry had failed to tell me that at the time I entered ito business under his tried and true methods! when I informed him, he switched plans and said he had several lending institutions who needed help liquidating their reposessed RV's. He told me If I advertised these vehicles through my website and had the highest bidder at the end of his bi-monthly on line auction I  would be paid a commission for bringing the buyer to the table. After a fewn  auction periods had expired I expressed my consern as to the legalities of selling products like this without a license or permit. Afterall we were still selling vehicles without a dealers license. I also had a few instances where my aquired customers had submitted the highest bid through me yet somehow some other RVHelpYouSell somehow beat me to the deal!I also found the same "exclusive" vehicles being advertised by other websites besides RVHYS websites. When I complained to McCann that we shouldn't be selling without the proper credentials he again changed the business, now we owned advertising agencies who just advertised for the banks! Finally realizing that I had been scammed I demanded my money back. McCann promised but never came through! I see that someone elses name is on my old site and the verbage has been rearrainged to reflect that nothing is ever sold on the sight. Only that the buyers bid is submitted to the banks to decide who has the best bid. Being totally fed up at this point I told him I was through with him. Yet Ironacally I see some opperating Sacramento RV Help YOU Sell eventhough I was never bought out of the bogus site!
