I, too, have been scammed by the Larry North Slimdown Express. I ordered the product in May, finally received a partial order in July and the remainder of the order was received in August. I returned the order on September 11th and still have not received a refund on my credit for the returned order.
I found out today from Buyitnow.Com that E4L (E4L.com) had filed bankruptcy and is in the process of restructuring. E4L apparently takes the orders from Buyitnow.Com. Customer Service is handling complaints/inquiries through fax (602) 431-0714. The number is continuously busy. There is also no telephonelisting in Phoenix for Quantum North America. The previously received 800 number is, GUESS WHAT, no longer in service.
Luckily I have proof from my UPS documentation that the product was delivered and received by Quantum North America. But what good is it going to do?

Ordered a AB Rocker as shown on television. The credit card as we request them to deduct every month. Since we did not get the item we ordered, we quite paying with the credit card. The Tel-A-Fax letter shows the order number also showing an outstanding bill still owed in the amount of 44.95. I contacted Tel-A-Fax their records shows that this amount was finally paid in full.
I requested to this day the AB Rocker still has not been received. Yes, Quantum North America has no 800 numbers and we keep going round and round
with the numbers.
Tel-A-Fax 1-800-780-6770 was called to give another credit card to pay the balance owed.
