I see by her June 3rd posting, that Ms Edick has assured everyone that she has not posted about anyone other than myself. When Mona Edick, filed her 15-2 ethics complaint against me with the Realtors Association for slandering a real estate professional, she stated under penalty of perjury that I was  “falsely accusing”  her of making this posting and though I appreciate her public acknowledgement of this posting; I can assure everyone that Ms. Edick’s assurances mean nothing to me. I also invite the posting (victim of Mona Edick) to contact either myself or the offices of Marcus Jarvis Law LTD., we are both listed in the phone book.

As one of these June 3rd posting statements had already been redacted from the original Feb. 2012 posting, the nice people at RippOff Report Arbitration were good enough to redact one of Ms Edick’s statements from this new posting. Unfortunately new arbitration is required to prove, or remove, the newly worded statements. Not wishing to spend another couple of grand to arbitrate a couple of sentences, I post this short rebuttal:   

Ms. Edick and her mother are Co Defendants’ in a libel suit. Defendants’ are not the ones who take action through the court system, Defendants’ are the ones against whom action is taken and being a Co Defendant in a law suit with someone; is not the same as stepping in to help. As to the rest of this June 3rd posting, I refer all readers to the bottom of this page where they can find my posted rebuttal of Feb. 2012.

No Mona, I have not been your victim via internet or legally.  I have known you for years, observed the way you treat people & spout off without thinking & without caring about how or who you hurt with your vile & malicious words.  On your linked in profile you say how you uphold the highest ethical standards.  This is totally untrue.  Nothing about you is ethical, be it in your personal life or your business.  What is really funny is that you actually believe all of your lies.  Someday, all of the hurt you have caused will come back to haunt you.  Hopefully Mr. Wickstrom will be able to be the instrument that finally delivers some of what is coming to you. If not, hopefully someone soon will be able to accomplish this.  And no, I do not want to contact you personally to resolve this.  I did attempt that & found out that there is NO DEALING with you.  You are lost in your own little world in which you believe that you are above reproach & nothing that I could ever say will change that.  Once again, good luck Mr. Wickstrom.  And one other thing.  You said that Mr. Wickstrom probably put me up to posting that.  This is also untrue, as I have never met the man.

This is NOT true.  Whomever wrote this should contact me immediately as I assure you I have not posted about anyone other than Larry Wickstrom.  My belief is that Larry Wickstrom posted this rebuttal or possibly put somebody up to it in an attempt to make me look bad and himself better. 

Larry and I are currently in a lawsuit because after dating my Mother he tried to get money from her to get him to go away.  I have stepped in and helped my Mother and we are currently taking the proper actions through the court system.

Meeting Larry was one of the worst things that has ever happened to my Mother and we are paying dearly because of it.  I hope that this reaches all of the women who are on online dating sites so they too do not fall victim to (((Statement REDACTED as false pursuant to Ripoff Report VIP Arbitration))).  Again, whomever posted this rebutall if you are in fact a real person who believes I have posted about you on the internet, please step forward so that we can clear this up. Thank you!

 I do know Mona Edick & have known her for many years.  She is known for shooting her mouth off & saying anything she pleases to hurt someone. I too have been the victim of Mona Edick. I have no idea how a person as evil as Mona Edick can continue these behaviors & never get her just rewards. Just because she has money is no reason that she should get away with this. Someday hopefully someone will stop her spitefullness & vindictiveness.  Maybe deep down she does feel bad, & drinks to get over it.

Mona appears on the WCCO real estate hour on Saturday mornings. I question how someone with her immoral behavior can be a radio personality.  Someone with as many skeletons in her closet as she does, shouldn't be in the public eye. 

I wish you well Larry & hope you are able to deliver a just punishment to this evil witch.

I've know Larry over twenty years.  Haven't found him to be the kind of man the writer states.  When someone writes things just to hurt the person they've decided to "pay back" for imagined sublimating of their position in the eyes of a loved one they have in common, we shouldn't be shocked by the lies being spewed.
By the way,  his mother and his family enjoy his company, I was at dinner with all of them at an enjoyable evening at his house recently.  We all had a great time.  

The best rebuttal to this type of malicious, slanderous, libel, is the strongest legal action possible culminating in the collection of compensatory and punitive damages.
This posting is not made by the anonymous friend of the wealthy woman; but is instead by best belief to have been posted by a daughter of a woman that I met through match.com. A woman who misrepresented herself as divorced and whose true marital status was not disclosed until after we had become and remained physically intimate. This posting is by best belief, a punitive, malicious and slanderous attack against my name and character, in response to a legal action of collect for monies expended on a property jointly titled to this woman and her mother. This is at present, an active breach of contract action. When this action is properly filed, or resolved before the court, the names of these defendants, case file number and court of jurisdiction, will be added to this rebuttal should this posting remain active.
