Our home came with Larson screen doors on the front door. We decided that it could use a bar on the inside [it didn't come with one] to facilitate opening and holding. Called and ordered fron Larson. Installed as per instrucions in he package that arrived. It resulted in ripped screen. Upon calling the company to complain, my wife was first asked if she wanted to order a new screen. She said no, she wanted to complain about the product and installation instructions. Was told there was nothing they could/would do. After asking to speak to a manager=she was hung up on. The they must have caller id because fr the next 2 days they never answered the phone.
You don't want to deal with this company, they don't provide customer service, or stand behind their product.
