Larz Inc - Mark Larson - Powersellerturbo@ebay Defective Cell Phones, then will not refund-uses excuse "out of warranty" Anoka Minnesota

We ordered a cell phone (Item title: Brand new motorola black v3 razor unlocked cell phone) from powersellerturbo/Mark Larson/Larz Inc.

The first phone we received was defective-internal scrambled program that did not allow proper programming. It was like pulling teeth to get the first one replaced due to lack of communication from the seller.

Upon receipt of the replacement the second phone we realized it was also was also defective (Battery dead would not charge and the phone was locked). I attempted to contact seller then after no response I simply returned the phone expecting a full or even partial refund.

I received the same phone back with a note saying "out of warranty" since it was past the seven day warranty period. Extremely unethical-Buyer Beware
