We went to get a home loan at RMS Mortgage company and met with Tammy Harrison.  She said we needed to clean up a few things and sent us to John Andersen at Las Vegas Credit Repair.  We met with John and he promised within two months he would legally have our credit fixed cleaned and points added to it.   We did't have much money we were saving for a house but dipped into that money and paid it to him.  He got a few things removed ( I found out later I could of done myself).  The only time he would communicate with us was when we would go to his office without calling him first.  He would say he is right on top of it and all along he did not improve our credit he hurt it more.  The items he said would be removed at the initial meeting were never removed when we question him after 6 months of dealing with it he told us it would cost another $500.00 for each credit bureau to have them taken off, which we know now is illegal to do.  After we said no to that he has not returned one phone call and is never in his office when we go there.  This guy is robbing people and lying to them.  We are in a vulnerable position and he is taking total advantage of us while he drives his BMW and has a fancy house with a pool.  Tammy is to blame also if we would never went to RMS on Flamingo we would never of met this person. I am in the process of reporting him to any agency I can and if I can file a suit against him I will.  Buyer beware I know but in this situation we were told he was the best and in order to get a mortgage we had to go through him.
