I am positive that LasVegasFG.com or Las Vegas Funding Group is a scam. They call you up and promise you non re-payable grant money. They get your info and then call you back telling you that you qualify for XX dollars in grant money and that it will only cost you $2800 upfront fee that only covers their hard costs. They get their money from the foundations that fund you. Well, they can't provide any references, or any proof that they have ever gotten anyone a grant. I told the agent they could white out the business name that received the grant money, just show me that they at least got the company something as their minimum $50k would have been more than suffice.

I received their contracts which say that they do not guarantee any results and all they do is leave huge loopholes for the company to jump through when you don't receive any funding.

Well, since I was skeptical I did my own research. I found that they used to operate under the phone number 702-762-1060 which is the number to USA Grants,

AKA:

Corporate USA Grants

USA GRANT TEAM

If you look these companies up, they are obviously a scam.

Next and most importantly, they sent me there business license which lists " Paul Hadley" as the 100% owner, well, I searched him up and down at the http://sos.state.nv.us/ Secretary of State website and found him listed on many different corporations and DBAs, most of which had been REVOKED. He was easy to find under "Officer Search" and was most commonly listed with Shaun Hadley and Jeff Bradley. I searched all of them on the secretary of state site and then searched many of their DBAs and business names on the Better Business Bureau website and of course did a Google search of their business names and phone numbers that I found in the Google "cache" and found many of them to be scam businesses with many complaints. I can now see why they move and change their DBA name so much.

Stay away from this company that cannot provide you with any sense of legitimacy and has a rather shaky past. Save your money in these tough times as you'd be better off giving it to the homeless or something, at least then it would be helping someone in need rather than filling a scammer's pockets.

Very strange how Nevada has so many grant companies that open and then re-open under different names once they receive so many complaints. It's too bad they don't screen these companies a little further to avoid letting honest people from getting ripped off.
