I was sent this form and I looked it up Because I did not understand it very well. How come you have to send money just to recieve money. Young people don't know much about this and they could have sent 20. thinking they were going to get 3 million.

I feel that this mess needs to stop. fraud is against the law and someone should turn them in. This is no better then someone dealing drugs or people killing each other this is stealing and I don't think its right.
