Las Vegas Oral Surgery/Tender Dental west lake mead ANNAKIM SCAM-STEALING MONEY Las vegas Nevada

(my 16yr old daughter started treatment with this company on March 1st 2017. She has insurance which covers dental for minors at 100pct. At the time, she was in pain with infection needing a root canal. there was some kind of glitch in the system that wasn't verifying the insurance so I called the insurance and they verified the insurance was infact valid BUT the companies manager, KIM, advised me they couldn't accept it until it was corrected in the system and that I would need to pay $450 out of pocket for the treatment. She also confirmed that as long as the insurance verified and paid (which took about 45 days(PER KIM))they would issue a refund. My Daughtera had several treatments after that, which the office rep called and got preauthorization for yet they have been prolonging my refund. After asking about my refund, I was told KIM (office manager) was no longer with the company and I was directed to Anna who I believe is maybe the district manager (unsure of her exact title). Anna advised me that I wouldn't get a refund until the insurance pays everything and that's not what I was told originally, nor should they be able to keep my money  when the money was charged because they couldn't verify insurance originally. After i inquired a couple of times, on May 31st, Anna advised me that they should have the final payment from the insurance and be able to issue a refund by june16th...

On jun22, i called the insurance company, and asked them about the bills and what do you know???... they told me those bills were paid and that the bill from MAY3rd was NOT even submitted to them until JUNE 13th(((SIX WEEKS LATER))!! apparently they are dropping the ball or just don't care that they are withholding funds that DO NOT BELONG TO THEM! Rayleen with health plan of Nevada put in a fraudulent claim because they are withholding my money and the insurance has already paid for these services and she also mentioned that the company has charged them twice for some of the visits!!!

I decided to call Anna and ask for my refund once more and of course, she gave me the run around and then had the AUDACITY to tell me I would only get a refund of $200 and something (but Nevada Medicaid pays 100pct and they preauthorized) so I LOST my cool (especially after I left her a message several days before and she had not returned my call).

I then decided to drive there and physically request my daughters records AFTER someone I sent to them (that doesn't live in Nevada and has been forced to fly back and forth a few times for fittings) called me yelling at me because after MONTHS of adjustments on his dentures, they somehow couldn't find his teeth!! i sure feel stupid for referring him!
I get there and the front desk lady had no clue of how to even print the "records release" documents then Anna attempted to speak to me but there's no way I was dealing with her. I finally was able to put the records request in on JULY 6th and the staff advised me I would receive an email in 48hours(MORE LIES)yet I didn't receive the email UNTIL JULY12th!! AND on top of that, they sent me an encrypted link to access the files that requires a password BUT SHOWING JUST HOW INCOMPETENT THEY ARE<<< THEY DID NOT SEND A PASSWORD forcing me to have to call them and deal with them AGAIN

At this point, I'm fed up and I'm reporting to all governing agencies FIRST and then I will take further steps. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS BEHAVIOR!!
