Las Vegas Pool & Spa Care are the worse company in Las Vegas to hire to service your pools commericially or for private home use.  Did you ever hear of a pool service company that doesn't fill the pool if the water is low?  Well they don't because they said they can't trust the workers, they have a tendancy to leave the water running and flood out backyards or complex areas.  This should have been a red FLAG before we hired them.  During the 9 months that they were contracted, we havd had nothing more than more problems before we hired them.  They installed a brand new Raypac heating unit for a spa, and they literally blew it up upon turning it on.  They dried fired it, meaning there was no water in the unit.  They denied the fact that they were responsible for this.  Then they replaced all the burned out elements in the unit with OLD PARTS and still didn't have this brand new unit which cost $500.00  working.  Then they quoted us a price of over $2,000.00 for work that they said needed to be done to get the pools and spas working correctly. AGAIN ANOTHER RED FLAG !  We watched when the employees came here to service our pools and spas and it would only take them less than 5 minutes to service the pools. They never vacuumed the pools and they would leave the drain baskets filled with debris.  Then we noticed that since they were under contract we were loosing water from our pools and spas and we couldn't figure out why.  They wanted to charge us more money to have someone come in and do all kinds of pressure checks and tests to see if there were any leaks. After numerous calls and constantly being on them to service the pools promptly and always being put off we contacted anoter reputable pool service company that came in and fixed everything for $643.00.  Now we terminated Las Vegas Pool & Spa Care, on their last day of service they took down their signs and didn't service the pools, they turned on the backwash of the pool and they started to drain, and they stole a chlorinator unit from the pump room in the south pool.  By draining the pool it would have caused the motors to burn out. Luckily we caught it in time and shut everything down in the pump room.  Las Vegas Pool & Spa Care are RIP-OFFS.  DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE unless YOU WANT TO PAY THREW THE NOSE for unnessary work or repairs that they say your pools will need.  They should be SHUT DOWN and their LICENSE TO OPERATE BE PULLED from the STATE OF NEVADA. AGAIN BEWARE OF CRAIG DUNKLE  PRESIDENT of LAS VEGAS POOL & SPA CARE and his manager DAVE who are nothing more than a bunch of dimwits, con artists and NOT TO BE TRUSTED in any MANNER.
