Last Chance Payday Loan/PDL Resource Site took unauthorized debits from account, won't refund, wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, website doesn't exist or not available, feel scammed & info was stolen Internet

I had unauthorized debits taken from my account from last chance payday loans/pdl resource site. I contacted them to see why I was being charged $17.97 and they replied it's in the terms and conditions. I told her I wanted the charges stopped and a refund for what I was charged. She said they would cancel my account but couldn't give me a refund. And again told me to view terms and conditions.

As soon as I hung up, I went looking for their website. I tried PDL Resource Site and Last Chance Payday Loan and neither one was available or did not exist.

So I called back and asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told I could not be transferred and what was my SS#. I had told them I already called and cancelled and just wanted to speak to a supervisor. Again I was told no and was asked for my cancellation number, which I was not given one.

So at this point I was frustrated and said I just want to speak to a supervisor. Again was told it was not possible and was asked for my SS# once more. I finally told them I want to speak to supervisor or I will contact the attorney general. The response was do what you need to do and have a nice day.

So it seems several have fallen a victim to this scam. I just want my money back and this company shut down so there will be no more victims. It just irritates me that at a time like this in our economy that people are willing to steal from anybody.
