I INQUIRED about a payday loan online with Last Chance Payday Loans and not only did they infect my computer with viruses, spammed me with all sorts of trash, they hacked my computer to obtain my social security number and banking information and then unlawfully took $33.98 from my bank account! They engaged in deceptive trade practices by billing me for an identity theft protection service I never signed up for. All I did was make an inquiry about a loan. These criminals need to be put out of business. When I called about a refund I was directed to a purported refund site that did not work. Everything they do is intended to frustrate the victim. I would like to find out their location so I can file with the BBB, local, state and federal authorities. Upon checking online I found these criminals have been doing this for years! What is wrong with this picture?
