Last Minute Travel False advertisement, rip off, bad customer, Tonza Wedd, Jackie Red Altamonte Florida

I made a reservation through their website on Friday, April 8 at aproximately 5:00pm for a hotel room in New Orleans for Saturday, April 9, 2005 for 2 rooms and 5 people. I follow all their steps and got a confirmation number. 1/2 hour later I call the hotel to get directions and to make sure they have our reservations. The hotel did not have our information and they told us to call back Last minute travel to find out what happened.

A couple of minutes later I called LMT and spoke to Jackie Red, a supervisor there. She was not able to find out what happened. All she told me is that the hotel was sold out regardless that I had already been charged by Last Minute Travel and gotten a confirmation from them. They offer me to stay at a bit up hotel there. Then she put me on hold and then I got hang up on.

I called again and ask to speak to her. She put me on hold again and after several minutes she hangs up again. I called for the third time and asked to speak with another supervisor. This time I spoke with Tonza Wedd who told me that Jackie Red had left the building already.

Bottom line this lady Jackie was even worse, not able to help me and give me any solution for this problem. They realized they were advertizing something they did not have and not only we did not get a hotel room, but they had already charged us the money and they could only return it after 10 business days since it takes longer to refund the money. She was not able to transfer me to anyone else and she declined to give me the name of the company's owner.
