I bought two sweaters (2874082695 and 2876463686) from an seller name LaughingLola AKA Lolasclothes on Ebay. I paid about 30 minutes after the auction ended, and the merchandise never arrived. I asked the seller to ship the item to an address in Massachussetts that I was visiting to so I can use it for Xmas, and it never arrived.

The user gave me the receipt info for another merchandise (2876270439) that I bought from her about a week before these ones. Now she left a negative feedback on my EBAY account saying that it was shipped and giving me a tracking # 2876270439, but if you guys notice that tracking number says that the merchandise was RECEIVED on 12/15 and the other two auctions that I paid right away were won on 12/17. So there is no way that she could send it BEFORE THE AUCTION EVEN ENDED. It's been more than 90 days since I paid this woman and I haven't receive any merchandise but two VERY NASTY emails from such a liar, scammer, con artist, fraud.

She is on Ebay, Yahoo and Ubid auctions using diferent ids such as LaughingLola , LolasClothes, www_lolasclothes_com , etc.

She had ripped off a bunch of people and now she keeps her feedback private so nobody can comunicate with the customer that she had ripped off. I just found out that she change her phone number (old one was disconected) and the new one is (###)###-####

I have refunded this woman MONTHS ago! She has gone too far now. She has gone into ebay and set up an account under my name and then bid on items I was selling. Of course she did not pay for them, and then left negative feedback for all the items she won. After that, she reported the user id name that she created under my name to ebay for shill bidding!! Ebay then cancelled all of my auctions. I have reported her to ebay and explained the situation. I will update this as soon as I hear back from them. I am honestly becoming afraid for my personal safety. This transaction for under $20 has been completed and she has been fully refunded at least 9-10 months ago! Doesn't this seem a bit psychotic??!

She DID know since January that I didn't received anything.

However, she did refunded me after posting her info here.

I shipped one item to her home address and the other one to her vacation address and she says the vacation address one never got there. This happened around Christmas time and I was not notified of the problem until March. I checked the delivery confirmation number and it came up empty. I had no problem refunding the buyer for items that my tracking number shows as not received and I promptly did so within 15 minutes of notification.
