BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE! Laura Hiller, license no. , a real estate agent in St. Louis, MO with STAgency, conducts herself in a manner that will cost you money! She acts outside the scope of her responsibilities, makes decisions without the owner/buyer's consent, illegally threatens them when she doesn't get her way, and disregards vital correspondence when it doesn't match her agenda. She lies to you to get your signature on documents, and represents herself to be an experienced and connected agent, when in truth her only connection is personal relationships. All the above described illegal and unprofessional behavior ended in me losing over $6,000.00 and the deal in Maplewood, MO. When her conduct and lies started catching up to her and the egg was all over he face, she began wrongfully threatening legal action and making false accusations trying to force it. Be careful, while the loss isn't enough to go through the grief of the court system to resolve, and the MO licensing board, seems to protect their own, everyone should know that if you sign anything with Laura Hiller, you will regret it.

STAgency recently recruited several agents from another agency. We are proud of the direction we are headed and certainly take the time to vet each addition to our team. It's unfortunate that one of our associates and now, our company, have fallen victim to this level of cyber-bullying...complete with new/fake accounts set up to pose as a consumer/client, when in fact, none of the referenced poor reviews have had any accounts or experiences as a client of STAgency.
We have officially opened an investigation into the threats to source the party behind the false profiles and will pursue action, once the party is identified. Thank you to all our clients, colleagues and actual "raving fans" for your patience and loyalty. -STAgency Real Estate Co. LLC.
