Laura Kolonics ripoff reversed charge on credit card thief Bellmore New York

This woman won an auction from me on Overstock auctions and finally sent payment 15 days after the end of the auction. I sent her ring out two days later by first class mail with the post office. She paid through paypal so I thought I was pretty safe. Yesterday she had the charge reversed and said that someone else had used her credit card to make the purchase. She has ripped off 10 people, plus me on Overstock auction. Most of them she didn't bother paying, just stole their time and money, (for listing fees, end of auction fees). She paid me, then got Paypal to give it back to her. I wasn't covered under their seller's protection policy because I didn't send it with delivery confirmation. Now she has my ring and my $71.00. I've also turned in a report to the IFCCFBI site. This person should go to jail.
