LAURA PRECIADO IS A PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTIST. LOOK UP HER YELP REVIEWS AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHERS. SHE HAD A HOUSE "ALLEGEDLY" FOR SALE WHICH I FOUND OUT WAS A FAKE LISTING WE WERE IN ESCROW FOR 50 DAYS AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND ON WHEN THE HOME WOULD BE AVAILABLE TO MOVE IN.
TIME AFTER TIME SHE WOULD DODGE MY AGENT. I WIRED HER TO HER ESCROW COMPANY $7500 AND FOUND OUT THE LISTING WAS A COMPLETE FAKE. SHE MAKES HER LIVING OF STEALING PEOPLES DEPOSIT AND AVOIDING THEM AND NOT RETURNING THEIR MONEY. THE FBI SHOULD INVESTIGATE HER FOR WIRE FRAUD. DO NOT WORK WITH HER OR ANY OF HER COMPANIES OR ANY ONE INVOLVED WITH HER.
BE CAREFUL WITH ANYTHING JUAN GONZALEZ HAS TO DO WITH HER AS WELL. HE IS THE AGENT OF SERVICE FOR THESE COMPANIES, SO HE SHOULD BE WELL AWARE OF HER FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.
