I sold a home in new port richey fla for 425k to Laurie Christensen who was or still is married to Lucian Gago. She & her other party James R Wagner susposedly her boyfriend who lives at 2585 Countryside Blvd apt 111 Clearwater, Fla. 33761.
They got me to carry a second mortgage for 85k then made 1 payment and abandoned the property and stopped paying.
Laurie owns Sunshine Mortgage & investments in Tampa Fl. This home is being foreclosed by the first mortgage company and i will lose the 85k second. I then get a call from a private investgator from Texas looking for a Laura Gago that purchased my home and tells me she is wanted for fraud in Texas and that she is still married to Lucian Gago in Ft. Lauderdale Fl.
So now if this is true she purchased my home under a false name and left me with a great loss. My neighbors tell me they believe this was a scam to get the property for 85k less by getting the owner to hold as much a mortgage as possible then let it foreclose and have a friend bid it back knowing what the first mortgage is. Her boyfriend told me she has pulled this type of scam before and also feels this is her intentions, they broke up and he moved out. I strongly suggest no one hold a second mortgage for anyone. I never will after this.

Just for the record, i am not positive whether Laurie's last name is Christensen or Gago, all i know is what information the PI in Texas has told me I think she has probably divorced and her name is Christensen. I am waiting for the PI to update me.
But either way i lost 85k to this person and her boyfriend James.

I sold my waterfront home for 425k to Laurie Christensen and James R Wagner her boyfriend. They got me to carry a second mortgage for 85k and then they broke up. Laurie made 1 payment
and abandoned the property sticking me with a loss of 85k. The first mortgage is foreclosing on the 340k and i will be wiped off the books. My neighbors tell me she is letting a boyfriend
dock his boat about 50 feet at the dock while the property is being foreclosed. I am told she has done this scam before and will have a friend bid on the property and get it back minus my 85k, they think it will be the person docking his boat there.
I then get a call from a private investgator in Texas looking for Laura Gago that purchased my home. She is wanted for fraud in Texas and the PI tells me her name is Laura Gago and is still
married to a Lucian Gago in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. She also owns Sunshine Mortgage & Investments in Tampa Fl. I am told she has pulled numerous scams just like this one. Laurie Christensen is
her maiden name that she used to sign all the legal docs for the purchase. I strongly suggest that no one carry a mortgage for anyone unless you positively know this person like a family member because you can lose bigtime. I did a search on Gago and have found several scams pulled by this couple Lucian & Laurie Gago, the use various aka's.
