Lauton & Foxton Capital Partners Lauton Capital Group Fraudulent Scammers!!! Internet

They fraudulently manipulated protected documents before passing the information on to their so-called investors and held out on the info until we submitted their "due-diligence" fee. We were sucker-punched with additional exorbitant fees that precluded continuing with the potential investor. They just a stepping stone to another broker. The actual broker to the investors stated they would never work with Lauton & Foxton again. I certainly hope that's the case. I have quite a lot documented and in writing. I am in the process of turning him in to the authorities in Denver and the real estate / brokers commission as well. I won't likely see my $11,250, but I'll take solace in going after them until they're shut down. 


For all of you who have paid fees to Lauton & Foxton and others, please report them to the authorities, both Federal and in your state. There are far too many of these crooks making loads of money off of unsuspecting business owners and consumers. It is helpful to post in these sites but in order to stop them, and possibly to recover some of your lost funds, they must be reported! There are task forces within some of the AG/States Attorney offices as well as the FBI and other agencies. I was a commercial lender with Bank of America for over 15 years and can't believe the amount of fraud in the secondary loan market. Don't let these guys get away with this.
