LaVallee's Black Belt Champions Money Hungry rip off's! Rochester New York

I enrolled my daughter in the "trial" enrollment plan at LaVallee's Black Belt. I was told that I could pay month by month to ensure that she liked it, if not we could cancel. Well we decided we wanted to cancel when she was into her 3rd month. Her last date of receiving their services was May 31st. I simply could not afford their outrageous prices.

When I approched them about it, they tried to get me to sign a one to three year contract plus my payment would go up 10.00 So instead of 139.00 it would be $149.00. And there would be a $400.00 enrollment fee. I refused of course, but they continued on being pushy. They didn't trap me into that one though!

Anyway, I told them that we were done May 31st, and to stop taking the payment out of my account. It wasn't Mr.LaVallee (which was the one who signed us up) but Sensei who told me that I have to pay for 6 mos. I told him that I was told that we could pay month by month so we could get out of it if we wanted to.I had paid for 3 mos already ,but he said I have to pay for the last three, no matter what. The Educational Funding company takes the payment right out of your bank account.

I know I made a huge mistake for allowing that company to take the payment directly out of my account in the first place, and I 'll never do that again.
I am a single mom trying to make ends meet and I can't afford to loose money on services that we're not even receiving.

This company is a complete rip off. Please be real careful so you don't end up getting ripped OFF!
