LaVallee's USA Black Belt Champions of Boca Raton will gladly sign you up and make many promises. As soon as you want to cancel your contract, despite them not living up to their promises of martial arts instruction, and being a "family dojo", they will send your account to collections. Furthermore, once they sell you on upgrading your membership to the BBC program, then less attention is paid to your martial arts instructions. They move on to their next victims in the regular white uniforms that have yet to sign up for the BBC program which is obviously more money. Additionally, the well sell you martial arts weapons, like nun chucks and bo staffs, give you a few lessons, and then it's no longer paid attention to. They accomplished their goals of selling martial arts supplies for a profit.

It would seem reasonable to most, that if you are not taking martial arts "lessons" any more, despite the reason, why would you have to pay. Why would they want to earn money they did not work for? Is this what they are trying to teach the children in our community, earn money by doing nothing. They are not expending any monies if you don't take any more lessons, they are just losing it, and they do not like that. I could understand if they lost money they already spent because you stopped taking your 5-year-old to classes, but they are not. They have money more children coming in and out of their school, like a revolving door. I stress to anyone reading these comments, to do your research carefully and do not sign any contracts with LaVallee's or any other school of their marketing scheming type. Join a school that is there to teach you traditional martial arts, with pride and dignity, not greed and waste.
