The fact that your company feels like $100 off was enough..is just wrong AND YOUR NOT BEING TRUTHFUL OR TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY IS ASTONISHING! And I have every communication stating that a limo was coming NOT SUV. YOUR COMPANY DID NOT SPECIFY THIS...IT'S ALL IN WRITING THE GUARANTEED 6-8 IN TWO COMMUNICATIONS..I DONT CARE HOW MANY KIDS WERE GOING OR NOT GOING...YOU TOOK IT UPON YOURSELF TO SEND WHAT YOU WANTED. WE HAVE PICTURES AND HD VIDEO OF HOW DIRTY THIS SUV WAS! What if the other children did show up? we paid for space for 6-8 not 3.and just giving us whatever and what my contract stated a LIMO NOT SUV...PERIOD. You guys dropped the ball!!! YOU GUARANTEED A LIMO...not once but twice! The contract that the company and I agreed upon an 6-8 passenger limo.
