I order the product through an add on the internet (2 orders- 1 for myself - 1 for my daughter). There were 2 different products 1) Lavish Skin Care ($89.73 - for 1 order) and NeuDermis Eye Cream ($88.78 - for 1 order). I was not given an opportunity to choose between either prodect when I submitted the order. Both Products were automatically ordered. When I received the products I called and spoke with an agent for the company to have the 14 day trial extended to a 30 day trial because it was delayed on delivery. Evidently the converstation was never never noted on my order status as a charge came through on my card with in the 14 day period for both products. I was not told I had to call a seperate number in reference to the Neudermis Eye Cream product, therefore I never made a 2nd call to NeuDermis. Thus a charge for NeuDermis came through as well. Since both products were ordered on the same internet order I assumed that the  one call was sufficient since I was not told by the agent that the 2nd product had to be notified/called seperately.

First, when I called my call wss dropped and had to recall. Both agents I spoke with on the same day the charge came through on my card would not work with me about the charge stating that there was no notes on my order info as to having made any calls. I offered to return the products but was told the sale was final. They were insistant that I did not make the call. They refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor/manager to resolve this issue. In a so called resolution they offered to give me a 30% discount. I felt like it was a rip-off.

NeuDermis was much kinder. The agent I spoke with when I called them was very generous and I felt she did her best to resolve my issue. I was told I didn't have to return any products since I had ordered 2 orders and she gave me 75% credit back with no arrguing or harassment. I feel they were very fair with me especially for the misunderstanding on my part.

Lavish Skin Care is a fraud and a big rip-off to the unsuspecting public. Plus the product does not live up to its claim. I hope that the word gets out that they are crooks, and do nothing to try and resolve any issues with customers. Not sure what will happen with this report but I do hope something happens to protect unsuspecting customers from this rip off.
