She was very helpful and knowledgable at first. Explained the process and the amount of time and what her company does to help get old marks off your credit report. Was responsive at first.

Once I paid for my services, this is where it ALL went down hill. She would set appointments and not call, or I would send her emails and she would not acknowledge them. I asked for my money back and she responded right away indicating that they had already started on my file.

A month went by and I emailed for a follow-up, a week went by--and no response. I sent her an email about once a week and this heffer did not once respond.

Do not contact her for services, this is woman is clearly out only to scam people out of their money. She is in no way interested in helping anyone out or even providing a legitimate service.
