We hired law office of Brett Margolin to do our loan modification back in 2010 around April and been dragged for over a year and half, been charged up front fee of 2500 plus another 500.00 for a counsel fee to hire an attorney to represent me in foclosure hearing in Florida which they did not but still was charged the additional 500.00 so total 3,000 that was charged for modification, my wife Nazik been speeking to Jessica Kucera agent from whats called now Alarcon Law Group I guess the first attorney Mr Margolin was disbarred and now they changed name to Alarcon law group , the only way I cought them playing this 2 diffrent company names is when the agents reposnded to our emails ,some time it says Alarcon law group and some times it says Brett margolin , same agents name sand same last just diffrent IP name and diffrent email signures names. I'm disabled vetran and my money dose not grow on trees, I given these people trust and I'm in finacial hardship now , don't know whats happenig to my loan with Chase and I have been seeking help through goverment agencies for free hopefully I can find whom can help me without upfront fees. I need to get my money back please . I have three kids to support and holidays are already here and in lots of stress with work and my disability . we have been switched agents so many times, like Jessica Kuscera, Karen Clark, Suzanne Martin, Ryan Quderal and Elliot Levine and I know he is the head snake of both companies , his name has popped out every where in complainsabout both companies .
