we unfortunatly had a car repoed back in september of 08..the deficiency balance was referred over to these jerks at the law firm above. anyways long story short the def balance was 27000 and they want 9000 to call it a wash, but we dont have that and asked for a payment plan of 400 a month and they refused it and said they were going to take my dad to court and they keep calling him and telling him that they are going to lien his house and levy his bank account. we are trying to settle a reasonable playment plan and they refuse. is this legal???
