Pronto Process was hired on May 4, 2009 by an attorney at the Law Office of Dan Ophelan.  His name was David D'Amato.  We received the papers from Mr. D'Amato's office asking us to please RUSH serve these documents. THEY must be done NOW.  We had the papers served within 15 hours of receiving them.  This was closed and returned to attorney promptly on May 5, 2009.  We are still waiting for payment.  We call and he gives us the "I'm in my car and can't reach my wallet, I will call you back in a few minutes."    "Oh, gosh, you caught me in my car again and I can't reach my wallet while I am driving, please call me in 30 minutes."  Every month, he is full of some excuse why he can't or wont pay.  We were hired to do the work, we did the work and he is ripping us off by not paying for RUSH service.

RESPONSE TO PRONTO PROCESS

AUTHOR: Law Office of Dan O''Phelan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, December 01, 2011

The process servers were paid in full. The invoice we received was in May, 2009 and they were paid in November, 2009. Pronto process servers was contacted by Dan O'Phelan to make sure it got paid. The problem resulted in a distressed family from Ireland that did not send a payment after they agreed to and they left it to David D'Amato to pay a bill that was not of any benefit to him. Pronto advised that if the bill was paid it would be removed from Ripoff.com, but Ripoff.com has a policy of never removing reports.

Anyone can call the Pronto Process servers in San Antonio at 210-226-7192 (by the way we agree that Pronto did a great job) and they will confirm it was paid. Owner Dan O'Phelan. David D'Amato has never been an employee with the Law Offices of Dan O'Phelan, he was however helping out a deceased friend's estate that filed a lawsuit to try to recover a vehicle that was taken by some bad actors. D'Amato should be congratulated on what he did in the case--he was working without pay.

Again it has been paid in full for over a year!

Dan O'Phelan Owner
