I am sorry to hear that someone reported a bad experience with this attorney.  I must say that he has been nothing but professional, and more than competent in his dealings with me and the others I know who have retained his services.

I,  myself, and the others I know who have had experience with Mr. Neblett, have never encountered any problems with him.  I find it hard to believe the accusations posted on this site are accurate - which is why I felt it necessary to include a positive experience with Duncan Neblett. 

I certainly have no qualms retaining his services in the future and would not hesitate to refer anyone I know to him.
