SUE THESE JERKS...IT WORKS!!!

A few months ago, The Law Offices of Gerald E. Moore began harassing me about a debt which was in dispute with the original creditor. They began calling me nearly every day to pay on this disputed debt.

I sent these jerks a CEASE AND DESIST letter, but this corrupt LAW FIRM just ignored my CEASE AND DESIST LETTER and continued to call. After they failed to extract unjust money from me, they began calling my family members (in another state) to try and embarras me into paying the disputed bill.

In fact, an employee of Moore & Associates named JOSEPH CARTER called my parents on multiple occasions and told them that I was in some "legal trouble". This creep nearly scared my mom to death.

First, I have not lived with my parents in about twenty years. Second, I had already spoken to this guy on an earlier occasion so there was no reason whatsoever to call my parents.

I called this guy back and warned him to never call my parents again. Mr. Carter stated that he would call my parents everyday if I didn't pay on the bill.

True enough, he called my parents a couple of days later and upsetted them again.

After putting up with this foolishness for months, I decided to sue their *&*&. I sued them for Violation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act; Neglgence; and Infliction of Emotional Distress. Needless to say, the calls have stopped, and now I've got the jerks on the run.

I JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT by spending about $80 to sue these jerks, you can recover thousands of dollars in damages.
