Law Office of Herbert Davis National Consumer Advocates Inc. Employees of this firm!!! Northridge, California

My name is David Younesi and I am an ex-employee of the law offices of Herbert Davis and Legal NCAI. I do admit that the article which was linked regarding me 16 years ago was true and ever since then I lead a straight life. Getting to the point, I worked for the 2 above mentioned companies for about 6 months and during that time I was doing nothing but deceiving clients in regards to their debt settlemnt unknowingly. In the begining I actually thought I was helping clients by preparing their  lawsuit answers and discovery paperwork but as time progressed I started to get flooded with phone calls from customers who had nothing but complaints  in regards to how we settled their debts. In specifics, the customers complained to me regarding two main issues, first the derogatory on their credit reports and two the active pursuit of the credit card companies going after them in civil court. Customers kept telling me that they shouldn't have to endure a bad credit report or fight the credit card companies in court at their expense if their debts were truely settled by our office. I agree with the customers complaints, you are all correct with your complaints and should be entitled to 100 percent of your money back, I did not truely discover the mechanics of the scam by this office till near the end of my employment at Herbert Davis law office. If i misguided any of you or plummitted you into financial ruin then I am truely sorry, I will do everything I can to make sure that you being victims of this scam will get your refund from Richard Murkey and Herbert Davis. The bar is already conducting an investigation regarding this scam and I am cooperating in every way possible. Just for the record all clients should know that back in january Herbert Davis confessed to me that his 10 percent accord and satisfaction did not work and that it was a failure and Richard Murkey in response said "There you go Herb, a client brings up a lawsuit against you and all you do is settle", Herbert said "D**n right Rick, I will settle cause I'm not going to go to jail", everyone should know this, I will submit myself to a polygraph test to confirm it if it is needed. In short, you should not ignore the articles posted on this website, read what these people have to say about it and make up your own mind or better yet just call the Cal Bar and find out the truth for yourself. Once again sorry to those who I have mislead, I did not know what I was doing.
