Law Office of Ken Nugent, PC Ken Nugent "One Call That's NOT ALL" Atlanta Georgia

My story began on June 26, 2016 when I suffered severe injuries in a t-bone auto collision. To make it all worse I hired Chris Adams of the Ken Nugent law firm to reresent me. Yes represent me not ignore me, sign me up, neglect me then leave me all in the matter of less than 30 days. Then write me the most bizarre letter of my life that my case was "too severe" with "too bad of damages for their firm." Whoa- you stand on top of trucks in your commercail and you can't hadle a vehicle to vehicle collision where someone is severely hurt.

Yikes- I guess a Semi woudl of been Semi- easirer! My point is don't call these peopple unless you want " One Call tha's ALL you get'" Than't all I ever got was one call on the phone, signed up by an investigator, and dumped out like an orphan in the street. Needing immediate surgery and medical attention and expert legal advised. Dumped out on my own to figure it all out and find other counsel. They didn't even file my claim with the isnurance company. They made me!

Just air on the side of caution. I've had a law firm tell me these folks are just cop outs. If you can't hadle my accident claim then don't claim to handle truck claims, which are just at catastrophic in nature.

I am ashamed of this firm and I won't be using or recommending them again to anyone.

At least they didn't charge me any legal fees and if they would have I wouldn't paid them.  It's just tactless treatment to an accident victime.

Another topic for another day is their use of "Chiro Quack" Clinics for their clients care. Didn't like me because I went for serious medical care with serious specialist. Not poppy, cracky, quacky. Let them both have all my money and hand me peanuts in the end. NO, I want the correct surgery and to be fixed properly with my proceeds. Not make laywer and Chiro quacky rich. They aren't suffering financially and medically, Why would I give them all my compensation and assign them my benifits for half- you know what care!
