this company has giving a negative report on my credit I have told them that I have never open an account with t-mobile or voicestream i have ask to send a contract with my signature they told me that this transaction was done over the phone and that no signature was needed also i had contacted them and when i spoke with them about the account they had told that the account was open in 2003 at the address 521 bodeson when this house not even built into 2005 and that in 2007 i had given them a payment with a bank account when i ask them for the bank they told me they could not give me no information but i told them that is funny because I did not have an account open with any bank for about 2 years and that i was on welfare, so please if anybody that can help me with i would appreciated becuase this is hurting my credit and ruin my life.
