Law Office of Robert Bettinger Scammed over Traffic Ticket Las Vegas Nevada

There is a lawyer in Las Vegas scamming citizens claiming to help with traffic violations. Lawyer Robert Bettinger, is not anymore decent than the corrupt motorcycle cop that gave me a bogus ticket.

Since I was a visitor in a rental car, the cop targeted me for an illegal lane change violation, knowing I would not come back to a court date to fight this. The reality of my traffic violation is this: I pulled out of a business and right into the middle lane, that's the lane change violation, that is what I got a ticket for.

I was told by my friend that lives in Las Vegas, about a lawyer that helps people with their speeding tickets and other traffic violations.

I went to the office where I was told for a $180.00 CASH FEE, they would get my ticket reduced down to a parking violation that runs around $50, depending on any other charges against the driver. My driving record has been free from any violations for more than 30 yrs.

My case went to court and I got the final statement from the Law Office of Robert Bettinger : my court cost= $100 + my original lane change violation=$198 = $398 . SERIOUSLY!!!! What happened, why am I paying a lane change charge instead of a parking ticket charge???? If I would have just paid the original fee of $198 + traffic school $50 = that would total $248!!!!!! But, I paid $180 + $198 + $100 =$478. I would have saved $230 just paying it, going to school, and be done with it!! This guy is totally LYING to the average Joe, and just taking our money, like a scammer does! Please save yourself the aggrevation and your money. NEVER go to this lawyer, EVER!!!!
