A gentleman called and told me that if I did not make a settlement that day that I would be served by a constable and have to go to court. I naively made a large payment and have regretted it ever since. I continue to receive harrassing phone calls stating my settlement was not approved even though I was told that the amount I paid WAS the settlement.
Everytime I call I am told that the last person I spoke to is out of the office and they transfer me to someone else. I am assured that everything will be resolved with the "general manager" and the next week the phone calls start again.
This is not a legit company and I strongly encourage others NOT to deal with this office but the original debtor themselves. I have been dealing with them for several months and NOTHING is resolved. Please do not let their scare tactics and illegal operations hurt you as it has me.
