They said I owed a past due from 3 years ago of $1,200.00 and willing to settle my account for $700.00 but I had to make the payments immediately. I agreed. However, when I called back I could barely understand what the representative was saying. He sounded like he was on a cell phone in the middle of India. Everyone I spoke with had heavy middle eastern accents. I continued to explain I could hear him, however I was calling to to divide the payments into 3 payments. The representative became extremly angry. I told him I did not feel comfortable with this company. I want to repair any debt, however this company does not sound reputable and I plan to do my research. He became angry. Due to the heavy accent I couldn't understand what he was saying and hung up the phone. I have decided to report them to my bank and put a stop payment to the $700.00.
